VIII. FACILITIES
All the conference facilities and the plenary hall are located on the 1st floor of the Convention Centre.
During the conference, all the participants may use the facilities (computer, printer, fax, internet and photocopier) available in the Business centre in the Rhône 3A Meeting Room.
The Conference Secretariat office will be located in the Rhône 2 Meeting Room.
Two VIP Lounges for bilateral meetings or for side meetings have been booked for the officials. They are located in the Rhône 1 and Rhône 4 Meeting Rooms.The Press operation office will be located in the Rhône 3 B Meeting Room. It will be equipped with computers, printers, photocopiers, internet connection, telephone and fax lines.
The Press Conference will take place on ...... of November in the Salon Pasteur and it will be equipped with sound system with microphones, interpretation booths and headsets. Only accredited journalists will be granted access to the press conference.
