I. RECEPTION AT THE AIRPORT
All the participants will be welcomed at the Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport by the organisers of the conference. The organisers will assist them at the Airport and direct them to the shuttle buses that will bring them to the Hotels near the Convention Centre. The participants will be able to recognise the organisers by indicative signs with the conference title and logo.
